As a resident and Operator of the Chick-fil-A at South Cobb for the past 11 years, I have worked alongside of hundreds of amazing Team Members while we have strived to provide a remarkable experience to hundreds of thousands of our guests. This effort has also included being committed to serving our community outside our restaurant.

My Chick-fil-A experience dates back to my childhood when I was surrounded by relatives who were Operators or worked at the company’s headquarters. I had first-hand experience within my own home as I watched and learned from my father who also served at Chick-fil-A’s headquarters. He started in 1988, ironically the same year my South Cobb restaurant opened, which also happened to be his first project that he worked on for the company. Listening to my father’s and relatives’ stories and passion around their work helped me to develop a love for the brand and a desire to follow in their footsteps and become an Operator someday.

My Chick-fil-A journey began in April 2000 when I started working at the local Statesboro, GA. Chick-fil-A restaurant while pursuing a business management degree, with an emphasis in entrepreneurship, at Georgia Southern University. I knew that my entrepreneurial goals would be achieved by Chick-fil-A through its strong focus on serving freshly prepared food, providing guests with sincere hospitality and mentoring of youth.

In January 2005, I achieved my entrepreneur dream of owning my own business when I was named the Operator of the Chick-fil-A at Orange Park Mall in Jacksonville, FL. Shortly thereafter, I took over the South Cobb location in 2007 and planted deep roots into the South Cobb community which I have called home for more than a decade. Supported by my wife, Rosie, and our three children, Alaina, Alexander, and Bethany,  and our Team Members look forward to serving our guests inside and outside our newly built restaurant for many decades to come.
